Seniors AFL
Ormeau Seniors have been kicking goals at the Kennel since our inaugural season in 2016, and in 2025 we proudly welcomed our Senior Women’s team into Saturday Division 2.
Our Senior Men compete on Friday nights in Division 3, while our Women take the field on Saturday afternoons in Division 2.
The Senior program continues to grow and develop, built on strong community values. The Bulldogs are a welcoming, inclusive club that embraces players of all abilities, backgrounds, and experience levels — on and off the field.

Dan van den Hoek
QLD Wheelchair Football League
In 2024, Dan joined the club as coach of the wheelchair team and was subsequently selected as the vice-captain of the Gold Coast Suns and QLD sides in the same year.
Dan has a strong background in high-performance programs for AFL, basketball, and cricket and is an exercise and sports scientist. He holds multiple qualifications in coaching and officiating.
